THIS JUST IN!It is not even Thursday everywhere in the world yet the lovely Thomp of *fuzzy*points*of*light* , a nice Aussie blogger and neighbour, has used the International Dateline to bludgeon you poor American wags and has so far submitted 3, THREE!, entries for this week's Thursday Challenge of Dark.
Dear Thomp, do you suspect everyone else enters ONE dark photo because that is all they HAVE!?

THE INTEGRITY OF THE MEME MUST BE MAINTAINED AT ALL COSTS!
So I got excited... I like to photograph at night... And if my actions have in some way managed to 'bludgeon poor americans' then I am honestly a bit impressed! Poor widdle amewicans. I'm pretty sure they can get the internet in other countries now... Maybe I have even managed to mortally damage a european. Maybe the americans can pretend the international dateline has WMD's so they can bomb it all the way to LA and stop me from using it so maliciously against them.
You could have at least used one of my shots for the post!

It reflects a bullet-proof self esteem, a true lack of consideration for others, and a self righteousnous that we find very familiar. You, our new meme friend, have been added to the Photographers and/or Photoblogs we like. Oh, and you'll get your chance to post some of your images here, dear Sir. Thanks for the proper link as well. I will endevour to be have a LITTLE better from now on... Not a lot, as that would be no fun at all. I'm hoping that this lovely shame will come my way again some day... Maybe I'll start a revolution! Maybe I will inspire photobloggers everywhere to gratuitously over post in the name of pointless self promotion. Or maybe my aspirations shall float aimlessly through the nothingness of the E-ether without ever impacting or making any difference. I think I like this option. If Beckett were a photoblogger... Self righteousnous is jolly fun within the confines of this faceless medium. OH JOY! What were we talking about again???
Dear Mr Fuzzy: We suspect you have already inspired the masses to post gratutitously. That is the purpose of THIS meme. We are as glad to find the source of this as we were to find the source of the Nile back in 1967 on a package tour of Khartoum. It was anticlimactic and not nearly as fun as you.
