So, Meme Fans, what's been happening? A whole lot of irrelevant meme postings, that's what. It's lucky we're here, really, and we're only repeating what our many supporters have said when we tell you that the meme world is a better place with us in it. So we've polished the ducking stool and oiled up the rack. Get yer knitting out.
First off… Mandy, Mandy, Mandy. What on earth are we going to do with you, you little minx? We were delighted when Mandy of http://www.pixels-bandwidth.com contacted us, contrite and accepting of her Hall of Shame fate. She impressed us with her Moody Monday 'Moving' entry, which elegantly demonstrated the move-ability of the left side of Tim Finn's body: http://my-expressions.com/archives/193_1222785705/170205 Well done, girl, you're almost there', we were thinking. But you know how like when you've got a toddler in front of you, and you're holding out your arms to him, willing him to walk over to you, and you're so proud when his chubby little legs take those first faltering steps, and you smile and clap your hands…and then the uncoordinated little twit falls flat on its face? Yes, Mandy, sweetheart, you're trying but the Sydney Harbor Bridge for 'circle'?
( http://collective.my-expressions.com/archives/193_1222785705/156517) It's back in the training pants with you.
But rest assured you are joined in your training pants by frequent meme participant and line dancer jkirlin (http://jkirlin.blogspot.com). While he attempted a weak defense of this week's Photo Friday post on the Great Circle route (http://jkirlin.blogspot.com/2005/04/another-day-under-great-circle-route.html), we are shaming him for his multiple photo posts. Have some restraint, man! Or at least be on topic. It's a Photo Meme not a Post Meme! We've been watching you since 'common', oooh yes.
The pizza delivery boy who stopped by with our dinner and next day's breakfast (We can't always be bothered to get off the mattress on the floor just to eat) tipped us off on the following entry: http://simianuprising.com/tom/?p=394, as submitted to Thursday Challenge 'hot'. 'This pizza's not hot', we said and he said, 'Yeah, and neither is this', thrusting the above web address into our grease & tomato sauce-covered mitts (left over from the lunchtime pizza, this was the dinner one that had just arrived, you understand).
Elsewhere in the city… http://www.jbephoto.com submitted his buddies, Gary, Steve, Sam and Matthew, to PhotoFriday 'four': http://www.jbephoto.com/index.php?showimage=58 We discussed this at length and concluded at the bottom of our bottle of $2.99 Big Boris Vodka that this only works if you know the lads personally and can ignore Reuben, Vasco, Guiseppe and Paul standing there on the right.
Now, the e-mails have been fairly flying into our inbox with your votes for our Named and Shamed Top 5. Two nominees are neck-and-neck for the top spot but the rest of the field is wide open. We have employed a team of ragamuffins to help us keep tally (and to keep Memeshame amused) and will be posting them to this site in just a few days. It's not too late to make a difference. Mail us with your votes now: photomemeshame@gmail.com.

yeah.. you're right, that photos pretty shitty and irrelevant (although you link to my front page, not the specific post).
my apologies!
Dear Tom, All is forgiven. Contrition or a vigorous defense is welcomed and even greatly admired here in the hallowed halls of our cold water flat, I mean, PHOTO MEME HALL OF SHAME.
Actually, now that our heads are somewhat clearer (If pounding headache is clearer) at least until we get the cabbies to drop us off some more Big Boris we'll poke around and fix links and tidy up some because I'm not even sure what you are referring to.
I'd reach over and slap Meme Monitor and ask if she knows but she is like an angry badger when awoken before noon of the time zone of her choosing.
I think I need to defend myself on the Great Circle Route given that another plane was diverted here. I will plead guilty to multiple images though but I blame Rich Legg because I used to try to post before him. Heh heh. Does that help me at all? :)
Dear jkirlin, no, it doesn't. And Mr Gnet has his own problems. Stop trying to deflect attention.
Dear Gregz,
But we thought you HAD been all along. ~mildly confused~
Love,
Your noisy upstairs neighbors,

You guys have it all wrong, the Harbour Bridge is a circle, you just couldn't see the bit under the water! ;P

Damn, the link didn't work properly, try this: http://www.pixels-bandwidth.com/images/photos/harbour-bridge-circle.jpg
Dear Mandy,
The wink and tongue is a noble attempt at a defence but we need to see it for ourselves. Please send 2 round trip tickets to Australia to the P.O. box address you receive upon proof of purchase. We need a place to stay. We do not like to be awakened before Noon.
